How do we remove the battery from my 04 pt cruiser ?

hello first you have to remove the air intake duct that goes over the battery, ill try and get you some pics and info on how to do this. then all you need to do is loosen both battery terminals and remove then remove the 13 mm nut on the battery hold down and pull the battery out.

here is the instructions and picture on how to remove the airfilter housing.

 

 

REMOVAL

  1. Disconnect the throttle body air inlet hose/clean air hose from the air cleaner housing (Air Inlet System) or (Air Inlet System - 2.4L Turbo) and (Clean Air Hose - 2.4L Turbo).
  2. Pull air cleaner housing straight up to remove.
  3. Remove the inlet duct from the air cleaner housing.
