the clock on dash stopped working on my 1999 300M any way to repair it

Have you check the fuse for the clock?

It is fuse 19 in the inside fuse box.

Do you have a volt /ohm meter to test the ground?

Is the clock in the radio turn on?

Yes fuse is okay and has power, its the analog clock mounted in the dash.

I know that ,did you check the ground for the clock to see if it had high resistance.

It should read .5ohm or less.

husband wants to know how to do that and why should he do that lol hes a man and thinks he knows it all :-| He only checked to see if it had power going to it.

You have to have a ground at the clock also or it will never work,it complete the circuit.

It is pin 2 on the connector at the back of the clock.

If the ground is good and there 12 volt to it,than you need to buy a new clock.
