Hi there
Feeding dogs bones can definitely cause constipation. They chew very small fragments from large bones, which pass though the intestinal tract without being digested. When they reach the colon, water is withdrawn by the gut to form the faeces- but when bones have been ingested this results in a very dry, chalky motion, which is hard and painful to pass.
My advise would be to administer some form of laxative today. If you can get hold of some 'white paraffin paste' which is usually available as a cat furball remedy from petstores, you can give this at a dosage of 1-2 tablespoons, given 2-3 times daily, until it takes effect.
If no motions are passed within 24hrs then it's possible she will need an enema and you should contact your vet.
