Hello and Welcome to justanswer...

To reset the 4WS system - carry out the following:

Ensure the ignition is OFF..

Remove the clock / radio ( 10 amp ) fuse - for a 15 seconds...* Then replace.

The 10A fuse is located in the under bonnet fuse box.

This is usually marked "CLOCK/BACKUP" or "RADIO BACKUP" and is in the middle row of fuses at the top of the box.

* Now- its important to follow the timings exactly .... By removing the fuse for 15 secs - all being well, this will reset the system but not upset the radio code ...

Try that - see if the system has reset by normal start up procedure...

If it has then thats all well.

IF not - then you will need to remove the fuse again - but this time, for a minimum of 30 secs.... the refit the fuse and retry as above.

The problem with doing this for 30 secs minimum... this will mean the radio will need its code re inputting - so ensure you have / know the code.
