I need to know if a red bloodhound can have a pink nose.

A Liver colored bloodhound may have a pink nose but it would not be a showable dog.

U understand that a liver can have a pink nose and the colors of the hounds. But what I am needing to know is if a red colored bloodhound can have a pink nose or is it a liver if it has a pink nose. Most reds i see have a black nose. most livers have a pink nose. If it has a pink nose does that make it a liver.

Dear friend,

If you just want the baby as a pet and you and she have bonded I would not worry about the nose color.

If the breeder is trying to overcharge just show her the breed standard:
