Question

I am trying locate the fuse panel for the 12 volt outlets in my '06 S60. I have looked in the manual and it indicates that the panel is located below the steering wheel. When i look there I do see two bolts that need to be loosened to get to the panel. Am I looking in the right place? The other fuse panel doesn't require the removal of bolts to get to so i am wondering if I am looking in the right place?

Thanks,
Garth

Thank you for your question. I have purchased the wiring diagrams from Volvo.

You are correct though, you have to remove that lower dash panel. It is held on by 2 torx 25 screws. I have looked up in my wiring diagrams and the fuse is number F11. If memory serves me its either a mini 15 or 20a fuse.

You should be able to find the spare fuse on the door side of the dashboard, drivers side, there should be a small hole that you can put either a finger or a key. When you remove this dash side cover, you should see the spare fuses on the cover. This will get you back down the road.

I hope that this information is of some value, and I wish you luck.
