I would use the "email us" option in the upper right hand corner and send them a message regarding the shipping or use the "contact us" information at the very bottom of the page. Sometimes dealing with an actual person can eliminate problems. It clearly states that they ship to Canada. Let me know what you find out please.

i don't know what is going on but i think i spent $9 for nothing all i want is to be able to buy a simple part for a black and deckerr gardwen tool. and i'm still waiting for an answer that works. wish i had never got involved with this fiasco.

the most frustrating half hour i have spent in some time. and i think it cost me 9 dollars for nothing but dead ends. all i wanted was a simple part for a weed wacker. in the computer age nothing is simple anymore. take it as alesson learned.thanks anyway
