Question

I have a 1997 polaris sl1050 watercraft with a broken steering rod. Can someone walk me through removing that part? I have disconnected the rod at the rear of the craft and tried to pull it through the boat-- it travelled about one foot and stopped. I am literraly stuck.

Hello,

Go inside the hull to the rear and it should screw onto a thru-hull fitting unscrew it and it should come out
