I rec'd a letter from Spain letterhead is Frank Advovates & Associates. The letter was to inform me that there was a large amount of money on deposit still when Mr. Albert died. Frank niko was he states his attourney at time of death. The funds on deposit it sates in the letter have been open for some time for an immediate family member to take ownership of the funds. However sfter several years it has passed the timeframe, the letter implicates that due to me having same last name i may take claim of 40% of the profits. esq Frank Niko his barrister\(so he says) gets 40% and 20% to chaarity

The bank account at this time states in the letter has 7,500,000.00 Euro's I need to know the legitimacy of both men mentioned above as well as he signed the letter by rubber stamp not Mr. Frank Niko but barrister allen king.He has supplied me with a fax #

This is a fruad. And i request you not to fall for it.

There are many people from spain and Nairobi who are caught in India recently who claim to be the agents of so-and-so bank. They ask you to deposit 'certain amount' of money towards handling expenses and other charges.

For your reference, here is a link. This is all part of a scam. I hope this will end some day.
