If the harassment was sexual in nature or based on your race, gender, national origin, etc., you need to file a complaint with the EEOC right away. They can also refer you to a local attorney who can guide you through the process.

 

If it was not sexual or discriminatory in nature, please explain what type of harassment occurred and what you believe the motivation was.
