my dog was vomitting,then she quit a couple days latter she was uriniating red and now her head shacks alot and seems that she can`t controll it,what is going on with her........Elzie

She needs to see your veterinarian. The blood in the urine can indicate urinary tract infection or stones. The shaking can be due to pain or be from a build up of toxins or loss of electrolytes if her kidneys are not working right.

Vomiting could indicate ingestion of a toxin which might impact the kidneys, pain, a problem with kidney or liver function etc.

In addition to a physical exam your vet may want to do blood work or x-rays to figure out what her health issue is.
