Hello,
It is really hard to judge that as they both make a good quality product in this arena. It comes down to ride and power. Also one needs to factor in who may or may not be around tomorrow.
If I had my way I would want a Sprinter model, but that is a whole different level.
I have driven both the Chevy and Dodge models extensively over the years and even camped in them. I like them both to tell you the truth, with the biggest characteristics being how they were loaded and where the water tanks were. It could really make a difference with how they handled going down the road.
I would suggest driving each and seeing how you feel about each one. The Chevy drives nicer, but the Dodge has more power (depending on years you are looking at).
