How can I find out if an email address has been blocked from my mums email facility? For instance she is receiving everybodys emails apart from my email. Please note that she used to receive my emails up until last October..

Already Tried:
We have not tried anything yet. We believe that someone may of placed a block on an email address. This is very strange as my mother receives all other emails. I have done a test with other people within my workplace and their emails seem to come through ok. Please note that my mother used to receive all my emails up until around last October. Is this possible for someone to place a block against an email address???? Regards Jane

hello again sir,

if you are already "signed in" on hotmail, please enter this page:
http://co115w.col115.mail.live.com/mail/options.aspx?subsection=5&n=1691043773

when you are there, you will see three links. just select the "blocked senders" link. blocked senders shows you a list which lists blocked senders.

it is very probably your mums email address is listed under blocked senders list.

Just check it, if your mums email address is listed under blocked senders, REMOVE it from the list.
