Yes, but you might have to push the issue with them, you need to establish if it has had the recall on the fan done, the dealership can check the history of the car on the BMW warranty site. If it has not been done then push for it to be done ( recalls are free). If it has been done then get it done under goodwill warrwanty from BMW, a call to customer services might be needed, it depends on how good your deaership is.
