I would suggest calling your vet that did the surgery to see if they want to see her.
You can also ask about using a product such as Simethicone (GasX) if its a gas build up or Pepcid for intestinal upset.
If your dog might have gotten into anything toxic, has a rectal temp over 103.5F (normal is 100.5-102.5 Fahrenheit or 38 - 39.2 Celsius ), has gums or tongue that look white, blue, gray or yellow tinted where they are normally pink, has a slow color refill if you press on a pink area of gum or tongue, is not breathing well, appers swollen in the abdominal area, or is becoming lethargic and non responsive to you then you may want to get the dog in to see an emergency vet if your vet is not available .

Yes dog noses are usually cold due to evaporation from the moisture on their surface.
The dog's nose has cells that release moisture which helps the dogs be better able to scent things.
If you are seeing something way out of the norm for her then I'd get her in to your vet for an in person check over.
With her recent surgery, and her acting so 'off', an in person vet check is your best option.
Only you can judge that - I've given you some info on how to decide but if she has been getting steadily worse over time then I'd consider emergency care.
You can always decide later if she gets worse to head for a vet then. Just check now to see where there might be care overnight if you need it.
