Question

Our 5 year old Birman cat licks her belly continually, keeping the hair off and a rash going constantly. Our vet in Kansas did not seem to have any answers for us.

salve from the vet and neo creams to stop the itching...works for a little while but she licks off anything we put on....also have used talc powder
