Question

I am locked out of my Hotmail account. Because I kept misspelling my secret answer, when I finnally got it right, it told me I tried too many times and will not allow me access. My only other option is to send the answer to my e-mail, WHICH I CAN NOT DO!!! Because thats what I am trying to reset my password for......

Hey Steven,

The only way your going to get into the account is if you do the following:

www.hotmail.com

Then follow the onscreen instructions..

If you have done this too many time's with the wrong information and you get locked out, you would need to wait 24 hours for them to release the account, also if you have a contact number on this account they may even give you a call.

If nothing else works and they don't call you within 24 hours, I would advise for you to contact them 1-800-386-5550
