Answer

XXXXXXX Thank you for your fast responce,

This is going to sound silly but, have you tried using the charger in a different electrical outlet? We just have to make sure its not a problem with the wall socket.

If the wall socket (plug) is working correctly you have two options to resolve your issue (well 3).

Commonly with laptops the battery charger will fail due to heat (I'm sure you have touched it while it was hot *OUCH*). Because of this constant heat and use the charger tends to wear out and need replacing (Mine has died 3 times in 2 years).

So option 1) Replace your laptop charger with a cheap one available on ebay (Bestbuy or another brick and mortar retail store you will pay $50 to $100 for the charger).

Option 2) Replace the battery, again I suggest ebay

Option 3) Replace both the battery and the charger (most expensive option) but, depending on how old your battery is you may get better performance from your computer and since your replacing one you might want to do both. Also if your old battery still works you can have two and thats great for travel.
