If it is just the fan shutting off and the compressor keeps running, I would check the run capacitor first. The option if the capacitor is ok is the motor is running on thermal overload which means something within the motor has went defective and is running too hot. I can turn on the ac and manually turn the fan and it will start running. It will probably run for 15 mins. and the fan will stop. what parts do you offer and how much?

We are not a supplier, but I can tell ou how to save some money.
Follow the wires from the motor, a couple go to a oval or round cylinder. It may have 2 terminal sets on top or 3. Turn off disconnect to kill power to unit. Mark the wires on the capacitor of what goes where. Take the capacitor to a local heating/cooling shop and buy a new one. I have heard everything from 10 bucks to 50. Install the capacitor and turn back on. I bet this fixes it for you.
