Luhrs-The shut down solonoid is just a pull solonoid at 12 volts, momentary on. So, you can order one through Yanmar at a few hundred dollars or you can order one similer from Perkins for about half, but you might have to change the bolt holes a little. You can also buy a "universal" 12 volt pull solonoid from Cole Hersee (CH). They sell all sorts of universal type solonoides for much less money.

So, you need a pull/12 volt and might have to change the bolt pattern a bit, but other than that you can use just about any pull solonoide you like.

Of course having worked for Yanmar I recomend keeping there profit ratio up and always replaceing with factory authrosided parts.
