You would need counsel here to see if you can force mental evaluation here or rescind the document he signed.Honestly he needs to contact base legal as he the right to speak to legal counsel here as a soldier. He needs to do this asap.You certainly have my sympathy as he has been through so much.

And in a different direction a hard as this is I wonder if they did him a fovor in other ways here. He appears to have severe impairment and I worry about him here as a person. I hope that he can receive some treatment once he returns here if this can't be stopped.

I would suggest you contact the post here from your end and ask about legal representation for him in this matter. Given his prior mental issues to me they have to consider your requests on his behalf.Both you and he need to try and press the issue here before they have discharged him. He has rights under military law if he is impaired.
