Timing belt according to VWs manint schedule is at 100,000 miles, but I would not wait that long, I recommend you do it at 80,000. I have seen too many fail long before the 100K
The squeak could be a normal item, but it could also mean that the brake pads are worn, you would need to remove the wheels and do a brake inspection to make sure.
on 3. what do you mean it feels like it is hesitating, to start, or while driving
The spark plugs are not included on a 75K service. the plugs should be replaced every 40,000 miles, so you would need to do them at 80K
The last question I can not answer, I do not know anyshops in that area.
