Question

my dwarf hamsters cheek pouch is stuck out and i didnt notice it. now it is dried up and stuck. What do i do?

While I cannot diagnose this over the internet I can tell you the following :

1. I have seen prolapse of the food pouch of the hamster a few times. The only remedy I can suggest is to have your vet carry out a very quick simple operation and cut out the extruded food pouch. Most hamsters I carried this out on did just fine ...

2. There is no other way to handle this situation in terms of drugs etc.

I am sorry I cannot suggest any home remedy here, my advice is that you should have your vet check your hamster out.
