my cattahoula 2 yrs old , found or smelled his first female in heat and has not stopped whining and mouninging for 5 days will he ever get over his first love i'm dreamimg of him crying help please

Yes. He will get over it when she comes out of heat. Then it will happen again until he either gets to her or drives you crazy. You can neuter him and it will help a great deal to resolve his desire to breed.
