Hello !!

Lets try this.

1. Goto START > type printers and press enter.
2. Right click and uninstall all printers.
3. Now do this :

Go to Start > type regedit in search and hit the Enter key.
Go to:
\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ HP (or something similar )
Right click on HP folder and delete it.

Then goto :
\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\ HP (or something similar )
Right click on HP folder and delete it.

The restart computer. Make sure that printer is plugged in and powered ON before restart.

Now does the computer auto detect and install the printer. Let me know
