Ok since this is happening at only almost freezing temperatures its possible water is getting in the fuel lines and making the gas to thick have you ever used gas line antifreeze to see if it helps?

Does it stay running or stall as soon as you stop spraying staring fluid

It keep running and running fine as normal, after it is able to start.
I still keep the truck, because it runs very good and strong whether it almost has 200K miles, with no major fix.
I did a lot of research, study and check the electrical wiring, but I have no clue. I even jump short the fuel motor relay, but no luck.

Answer

Ok have you taken a fuel pressure reading when this is happening the fuel pump can be weak and losing its prime when cold

I did not take the fuel pressure, but I did change the fuel pump (swappe with my friend's truck).
Is there posible a tiny leak in the fuel line that caused the drop in fuel pressure? I do not suspect this for it is runs fine after start.
Any sensor, or ECM defective that cause this? I have not swap the ECM yet.

Answer

Could be the fuel pressure regulator also id try swapping the fuel pressure regulator first then the ecm and see if it makes adifference,if there was a leak in the fuel line you would smell and see the leak ,try the fule pressure regulator first ,also a faulty egr valve can cause this to

The fuel pressure regulator is the one I tried to swapped at the very first , I also tried to block the fuel return line with the vise grip in intending to increase the fuel pressure, but the problem remain the same.

OK, I will try EGR, and the ECM to see that will fix the problem, but I have to wait in the late fall or in the winter when the temperature below 40 F.
