How do I fix a DNS error that doesnot allow me into my bank ing online?

lots of rebooting I haven't tried anything because I'm not that knowledgeable about these kinds of things.

Ok try this, open a command prompt, (click start and type cmd)
Then type in cmd
At the command prompt type
ipconfig /flushdns (enter)
ipconfig /registerdns (enter)

Let me know if that works, if not we may have to try other options.

I have decided to call my system installer as I am scared to do anything and am quite illeterate about this. I might make it worse. Thanks for your quick reply.
