My wife and i have been married for 22 years, i have take 1,000s of photo images but i have put her name on them for a maketing who owns the copyright THANKS

Answer
Unless there is an agreement/contract holding otherwise, or a subsequent transfer, the personal who takes the photo owns the copyright. However, if you are in a community property state then your wife would have an ownership interest in the copyrights unless you can show that it was separate property....which may be difficult considering you put your wife's name on the photos and use them for marketing I presume.
