Thank you for writing in today.

 

As you thought, I suspect this may be possible warts. Unfortunately, there isn't any over the counter medication to treat this problem. Anal warts should only be managed by a medical provider. The skin in and around the anus is sensitive and requires physician guided care. You will need a full exam to confirm a diagnosis and for treatment.
