right foot right side of heel and bottom foot, tingle, slight numbness... touching skin lightly

Hello,

This can be a pinched nerve at your foot that is causing this tingling and numbness.

Other possible cause can be a Vitamin B complex deficiency, that is causing a peripheral neuropathy.

Such tingling can be from either a reduced blood flow to the part or even a diabetes induced nerve inflammation.

I would advise you to see a doctor and have an X ray of your foot to look for any bony nerve compression and a Blood Sugar test to look for a latent diabetes.

This can be treated accordingly.
