Since there are no successful treatments that can disolve calcium stones veterinarians usually suggest one of two options:

Trying to flush out the stone with saline solution and catheter retrieval are techniques they try to use to remove stones from the lower urinary tract. If this is not effective surgery is recommended with severe pain or obstruction arising from stones that cannot be removed manually.

For treatment to keep urinary stones from re-ocurring watch high calcium, sodium and protein based foods which can promote excessive calcium in the urine. Cortisone based mediations or diuretics can be bad for promoting excessive calcium in the urine as well.
