i have a notice of judgement against me and i'm trying to get the case opened up and were told that i needed to file an order, rule to show cause, a petition, a memo of law, a verification and a certificate of service...i would like to know if that's true and if so how do i prepare these items, because i prepared a preliminary objection and submitted it twice only to have it rejected because i needed to file a memo of law.

i've tried submitting a preliminary objection twice, and the first time it was rejected because i didn't put the case number on the paperwork and it was rejected for the second time for not filing a memo of law with the preliminary objection which i wasn't told the first time.

What you are asking for is too cumbersome to show you how to do online and for the price you are paying. It is a complicated task that some lawyers even have trouble with.

 

I would suggest you find a local legal aid office and they can assist you with your filings.

well what would be a reasonable amount or fee online i just agreed to the fee that was highlighted.

To be hones it is not something that can be taught via an online medium. They are complicated and dependant upon your specific state and your local rules of court.
