Hiya,
Open the door and peel back the door seal, run a rag or cloth between the inner drum and the seal.
Is it coated in grey gunge?
Thanks
OK, thanks for that.
You'll need to do a few service washes to get this cleaned up.
Put the machine on the hottest wash, no clothes, no detergent and let it run through.
Do this twice, the third time put some soda crystals (1/2 cup) in the drum.
You'll have to do a service wash twice a week for the next 2 weeks then once a week.
Once it's cleaned up, once a month with soda crystals will keep it clean.
Leave the door open when you're not using the machine, this stops the bacteria breeding.
Good luck with it.
Hope this helps.
Let me know how it goes.

It will take a while to get it all cleaned up.
Check in the supermarkets to see if they have the new washing machine cleaner, this may help disolve some of the build up of soap and body fats.
