Question

There is facet arthropathy between C4 and T1, spondylosis and posterior disc bulging, and the constellation of findings results in acquired spinal stenosis and neuroforamen compromise bilaterally, at C4-5, C-5-6, and C-7 with flattening and deformity of the ventral thecal
sac and significiant narrowing/obliteration of the ventral CSF space.

Sounds like you are having neck problems. There is stenosis, or narrowing in the space that the spinal cord runs through, as well as bulging discs which can pinch nerves that exit through those areas. The narrowing is causing there to be less CSF (cerebral spinal fluid) in the space it should be in the neck.
