I answered your other post yesterday when you asked about inducing at 3 centimeters with this answer:
"They will only if you have stayed that way and in active labor without dialating further and it could cause complications to yourself or the baby. If not at that point they let nature take its course so to speak. I hope this will help you."
Since you are now at 4 centimeters you are advancing and you are not in active labor it is very doubtful they will induce unless there could be complications or you start active labor and do not progress accordingly.
