I just moved in and I have an issue with heat and cool system

I have 2 bedrooms and one living room. Each room has his own T8078C honeywell thermostat.

bedroom 1 I get hot and cold air

living room and bedroom 2 I get hot air but when I set the thermostats to 15C it blows 24C

Hi,

Seems you have a zoned system, it will not be easy to make a repair yourself. Do you have a volt meter and know where the mechanical is located ?

thanks for the quick response. I can get the voltmeter tomorrow, what do I need to check with that

I open the both thermostats

I think is cables as follow

1 power
2 ground
3,4 cold
5 common
4,5 hot

I will ask about the mecchanical and will let you know
