It's not a particular law, it's any new law that may affect the delivery of community health or puplic health

Wyeth v. Levine may also be useful to you. My understand of Wyeth is that a jury found that a warning label on medication was insufficient, even when the FDA has approved a label. The case and an article regarding the case. This creates an uncertain situation for those providing the drugs.
