Your first step is to check all of the bulbs.
Since you have one of the 3 high mount lights working........the other 2 bulbs are likely burnt out.
Same might be for the main brake lights.
Check and replace the bulbs as needed and let me know how you make out.
Even if you hit accept, it doesn't end our conversation. All you need to do is keep replying here.......don't open a new question.
I am here until you are satisfied.
Lets see how your husband makes out with the bulbs, and then if we need to, we will go to the next step.
Having a test light or volt meter will be handy, if we need to do some tests.

Looks like it did the job. He did notice that there was quite a bit of water that "magically" got into the plastic light cover panels. Perhaps that caused the problem?? Now we are going to figure out how to keep water out of the light covers here in Florida during hurricane/rainy season.
Thank you again for all your help and suggestions.
If I happen to have any more questions, is it possible to contact you through this service directly?
Again with the thanks, XXXXX XXX!
