Answer

When my kids were born (they are mixed race) I put on their birth records hispanic/caucasion, some other documents I would put something like mixed race or if a document calls for only one answer I put hispanic because they look more hispanic than they do white. It really is up to the parent/parents, if the child looks more black than state that on the birth certificate if the parents want it to be known that the child is both than the document should read something like negroe/caucasion or african american/caucasion or black/white or biracial.
