Question

basically i want to know did she concieve when we reunited or was she already pregnant. like i said she said she came on her last period the first of febuary and the doctor said she did concieve on around valentine's day. but what wasn't adding up to me was that she was 20 weeks and 4 days on june 25th and her due date is oct 8th. like i said i counted backwards 20 weeks and 4 days from her due date which was nov 8th to that present day of june 25th and it was exactly 20 weeks and 4 days. but when i added it up from the supposedly time of conception to june the 25th it didn't add up to me

Answer

When doctors use terms describing the number of weeks, they go from the date of the beginning of the last period. So the week that most women are fertile as actually usually around week 2. So being 20 weeks and 4 days on June 25th means she was 20 weeks on June 21st. Counting from February 1st, the 20 week mark is June 21st, which works out for being 20 weeks 4 days on June 25th based on her last period. So the most likely time of conception would be right around Valentine's Day.
