Answer

This is what I would do.

Connect your condenser fan back up.

Run the system and see what your pressures are doing.

Answer

Now I understand.

Your system is either running in the heat mode, or your reversing valve is bad.

i suspected this i disconnected the power to the solenoid and i hear it clicking it there anyway to check the rv? the system has the same conditions with or without power on the solenoid. I have tried tapping it with the back of a screwdriver. i assumed if it were to fail the compressor would still pump?

Answer

Sounds like that reversing valve is stuck.

You will have to change it out.

Your compressor is still good.

ya gotta help me out I dont understand how it can fail withou my pressures rising?

Posted by Kenton Guidry 147 days and 10 hours ago.

Answer

The pressures you are reading are correct.

Your reversing valve is stuck and will not move.

This is causing your system to run in the heat pump mode.

Your compressor is running and pumping refrigerant.

Its not a hard install.
