Question
I am a lyric writer who signed song collaboration contract with a song writer named Jim Henson of music city music records. I paid the recording fees for what I thought were going to be quality demos to pitch to album sessions. Four demos were perchase at $185 per song. I received unacceptable material from the company all of the songs had what sounded like an intoxicated person singing on them. I can not use this product to promote myself. I have sent the songs back and have request either I get the song done correctly or a refund. I have yet to recieve a response

I have attempted to correspond with Mr Henson by mail. Which is the only way I can, since he does not have an e-mail address (which should have been a red flag to run the other direction).
I have also written a letter to XXXX XXXXXX who is the Marketing exeutive for Music City Music Records out of Nashwillve Tennesee. No response.

If you do not receive a satisfactory respone shortly, there are two approaches you can take. You can sue for refund of your money. The other is to get the work done elsewhere and see if you can get the price. If you cannot get a lower price get the work done and then sue the recording company for what you ended up paying.
