Question

I HAVE A SMALL r.v. park that set"s on three acre"s. one acre is set aside for my personal use and i have a private property keep out sign on the intrance to that acre. I have a son that live"s with me and 6months ago he got into trouble with the local law. every since then the police drive through my park and go back to my private acre and roam around to see whats there. when they know i am home , they do not bother to ask for permission. dO i have any rights to keep them out. It is beginning to feel like harassment.

You can require that the police present a warrant prior to searching your property. Next time they arrive request to see their warrant, and if they cannot produce one, kindly ask them to leave. They must comply.
