Question

I HAVE BEEN THE UNFORTUNATE VICTIM OF THE TWO PHONE COMPANY'S THAT HANDLE THE MARYLAND DOC PHONES FOR INMATES. IN 2006 I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE MARYLAND PSC . MY CASE WAS FINALLY DISMISSED THIS APRIL 09. IN THIS PSC COMPLAINT THE ONE COMPANY TOLD LIES. I THEN FILED COMPLAINTS AGAINST THE OTHER COMPANY AT THE FCC. THE OTHER COMPANY WAS ORDERED TO RESPOND TO ME. IN THE RESPONSE I WAS ABLE TO GET PROOF THAT THE OTHER COMPANY. WHAT IS THE STATUE OF LIMITATION ON THIS?

you mean the statute of limitations to sue the one phone company that the case was dismissed in April '09? was that company suing you?

I MEAN THAT PHONE COMPANY. NO THE COMPANY IS NOT SUEING ME.

on contracts, the SOL's are for a written contract 3 years; and for a written and under seal meaning is 12 years
