I am sorry your girl is not feeling well. Pale gums are symptomatic of anemia or shock.
It is possible she has renal issues as the kidneys make some of the red blood cells. That can cause a lack of balance. Diabetes is another issue that causes excessive thirst.

Of course parasites can be a issue.
