Already Tried:
I am attempting to remove the head unit and whatever else i need to to install an aftermarket xm reciever to my stock navigation head unit. i would like to run the wires to the ash try to install the reciever there to hide it away when not in use. I need to know how to remove the necessary peices to get back there.

the wide screen monitor with the tape player. when you press the eject button on the upper right corner the entire face tilts to reveal the cassette player behind the face.

Unclip frame of on-board monitor (1) in direction of arrow and remove.

Loosen screws (1). Pull out complete on-board monitor (2) in direction of arrow.

Unlock plug connections (1) and (2) and disconnect. Remove complete on-board monitor.
