Question

heat not in cooling could it be the txv valve we changed new compreesor, reversing valve, by flow drier we jumped the t stat wires
still will only stay in heating

The only thing that can hold it in the heat mode is the reversing valve, is it energized while you are running cooling ? , let me know,
