Question

I have a rheem ruud hot water heater in my restaurant and it will not light all the time and i need to shut it down completely and turn on all controlls for it to relight again. the auto igniter seems to click a few times even when it relights is that normal. Is there a thermocoupler? and if so can i replace it and or a bad ignitor and is there a test for that.
