My thermostat says it is cooling, but I'm not feeling any cool air through the vents. Any suggestions?

Hi,

If you can get to the indoor unit and on the copper pipe underneath the black insulation on the larger pipe , if you can tell me the condition of the pipe, e.g. frozen, warm , cool dry ,, ?

Sorry for the delay, OK cold and wet is what we want. Do you feel a good volume of air through the vents and just not cool enough or does the volume seem low ?

There is no air coming through the vents at all.

Hi,

The indoor coil may be frozen or the motor may not be running, typically if the indoor unit is frozen there would have been ice on the large pipe, eventually if the unit continues to run without airflow it will freeze up the coil. By chance have you checked the filter yet ? Wondering if it may be plugged up.
