Ok keep in mind there are many factors that can determine actual price, but given the information you just gave me - you will be looking at a range of $8k to $12k to rewire this house. But if your wiring is that old - you will definately want to have it upgraded.

the mls does state that it has

220 Volts; Circuit Breakers

also, but still think it has old wiring. Does that change anything in price

No it does not. Im sure it has 220v service coming to the home, but more then likely its only a 60amp service. Now when you have this rewired the price includes all the new wiring for range, dryer, hot water heater etc. All of those items will need to be installed in order to pass current codes.
